15 Series (180A) flex neck MIG welding gun for pick Snap-On® and Systematics® welders. We do offer a consumable kit for this gun part# 50015Flex. This gun uses HTP America® 15 Series consumables (except for the liner; for the steel liner, please visit the following link: 15TG Steel Liner, and for the Teflon liner, please visit the following link: 15TG Teflon Liner). To remove the gas nozzle, twist clockwise and pull. To install the gas nozzle, twist clockwise and push. You will need to trim liner to the correct length to fit your machine. This is the replacement gun will work with the following Snap on welders: YA2204, YA204A, FM140A, MM140SL, MM250SL. (Please note that this will not work with the FM140 only the FM140A-the FM140 has a pigtail connection).

Please Note: Do not bend the flex neck into a complete U-shape—the neck can crack.
