Blue Max Liquid Rubber Waterproofer is a water-based, strong and highly adhesive elastomeric coating & sealant with 1200% elongation that moves with the surface to resist cracking & peeling. Perfect for waterproofing above & below grade establishations, basements, roofs, floors & more. Commonly utilized on masonry, cement supporter board, ICF, wood, metal & EPDM. Blue Max is simple to apply with brush, roller or sprayer. When Blue Max is utilized on any roofing substrate, it is crucial to topcoat with either our Maximum Stretch or Ames Luxury Roof Armor to protect it from the sun’s UV rays.
