Blue Max White is a strong and highly adhesive elastomeric liquid rubber waterproofer with 900% elongation that moves with the surface to resist cracking & peeling. Blue Max is ideal for waterproofing above & below grade establishations, basements, roofs, floors & more. Commonly utilized on masonry, cement supporter board, ICF, wood, concrete, metal & more. When Blue Max is utilized on any roofing substrate, it is crucial to topcoat with either our Maximum Stretch or Ames Luxury Roof Armor to protect it from the sun’s UV rays.
