Built from durable thermoplastic elastomer, this flexible strap fits around any bollard, pole, or post and easily attaches to 2- or 3-inch Mr. Chain plastic chains (sold separately). The two slide hooks can be positioned 180 degrees apart to form a straight line or at a 90-degree angle to make a corner barrier.
